Works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this through inside pass. Only issue is the installer was very limited. Had to do some slight modifications ourselves to finish the install but love the microwave/oven combo unit we purchased.

If I mount the oven base in a cabinet cutout whose bottom is 17" above floor level, how high will the micowave Drop Down door be above the floor?

Not quite sure about this oven/microwave combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was brand new in a home we purchased. The oven temperature is off--so no baking. The navigation to use the microwave and oven is cumbersome. I can't get it to connect to wi-fi, so i don't know how "smart" it is. It's cute because it's small; but I have yet to be in love with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very difficult to work controls

Extremely difficult to get help from anyone and how to work the controls – after many phone calls,’s texts, email, and direct contact, we were finally able to get literature on how to work the controls. Now I have made many many many attempts to get an account so I can use voice command – still not able to.

NICE LOOKING OVEN IF i KNEW HOW TO OPERATE IT

6 PHONE CALLS, 3 EMAILS., 4 ON LINE CHATS, AND I STILL CANNOT GET AN "OVEN CONTROL GUIDE" SO I KNOW HOW TO USE IT. STILL SEARCHING FOR THE "CANCEL" BUTTON REFERRED TO IN THE QUICK START GUIDE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this oven microwave combo January 2023, it was finally shipped and installed June 21st 2023. It has very nice features and looks modern. I am using the wifi to start and use both the micro and oven all the time. The setting screen is prone to lots of fingerprints just like a tablet screen so using my cell phone eliminates prints. Otherwise use a microfiber after each use. I find the microwave has a door that opens down which makes it hard to reach the back for cleaning. It's very beautiful and so far works well.
