Great unit, many features (maybe too many)

This unit has many modern features many of which we are still learning how to use. It was easy to install. It was one of a very few models in this size.

Sleek, great features, Wifi enabled, quiet

One minor drawback was the purchase dimensions did not match the install dimensions which necessitated cutting the cabinetry.

Bit of a learning curve but works well

I bought this oven to replace my old whirlpool oven, the oven is wider than my old one which is nice! The touchscreen takes some get getting use too, still not sure I like it but I'll adapt, the only thing I can not find anywhere on here is a product manual for the microwave, you have plenty of information on the oven portion of this but very little info or help on the microwave part. That would be very helpful to us when we are in a learning curve on a new appliance. I purchased the black and it is a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

Design flaw in microwave door

Bought this along with three other Whirlpool appliances, replaced old ones in our lake house. The home these appliances are installed is not our primary residence so they don’t get used daily. February 2020, new appliances installed.
From the get go our oven combo didn’t work, error read issue with cooling fan so it would shut down automatically. Replacement sent out, installed and works fine now.
When I use broil it smells like plastic burning, used broil three times and still smells.
Microwave design needs to be changed, it closes fine but you have to give it an extra push in order for the inside light to turn off and microwave operational. Repair guy sent out, he said we’d have to live with it. So every single time we use the microwave we have to close it and give it a push in in order to use it. Yes, annoying because this unit was pricey and now we have to take extra precautions that it’s closed. Sometimes the light will come on when you walk by it, have to push the door in again to make sure it’s closed. You’ll walk by and see the light on inside....very frustrated after spending all this money.
