I bought this in March, waited till May to get it. It’s hard to clean the surface and the griddle is so hard to clean that I only used it twice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features

I purchased this cook top 10 months ago. Came in just in time for the Fourth of July celebration at my home. Love the lock feature for the gas controls. Love the flat top grill I will be using often. And I love the full flat top for moving pots off burner.

Bought this 3 months ago and really glad we did. Very nice cooktop. Even heat, with multiple size burners for different size pots and pans. High quality. Well made. Highly recommend.

Griddle feature

I am trying to learn how to (if needed) to season the griddle prior to its first use. I looked at the griddle section in the owners manual online. It did not indicate if it was needed, or not. Also the manual said the "table below" would show heat settings for various foods on the griddle and there is no table shown.
I am still learning the burner settings to use, but it seems to be a good quality appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New Cooktop!

I like it very much, although the intensity of the burners flame is quite a bit more than my old 22year old GE cooktop.

I waited almost 7 months for this cooktop but the wait was worth it. I switched from electric to gas (so worth it!) and now can cook with visual certainty of the heat being delivered.
I would recommend this to a friend!
