Finish on knobs has peeled off and one broke

I a0ctually love my range, but the control knobs are terrible. The so-called stainless steel finish wore off the three most used knobs within a few months of use. Last week one of the knobs ' shaft broke, making it unusable. I've tried to find replacements , but have been unsuccessful. Right now I have to swap knobs around if I want to use the griddle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Knobs frozen

One of the cheap plastic knobs will not turn. All are frozen the stem, can't pull them off to replace or repair.
