Lettering Rubs Off

The range is nice, the lettering rubs off during nornal careful cleaning. This is disappointing

One burner won't shut off. Most lettering is GONE!

We initially loved the look and functionality of the product, especially the griddle feature. However, the front left burner (under the griddle) stopped working after less than a year. The gas wouldn't turn off, which was a safety risk. We eventually stopped it and have not used it again. Another annoying problem is that nearly ALL of the lettering has rubbed off around the knobs. Even the word "CAFE" is almost completely gone. We also purchased the bronze-colored knobs to match our kitchen hardware and some of the coloring has faded away, which is frustrating because this was an extra purchase. I sincerely hope your company can assist.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful, but concerning materials

We love our cooktop and appreciate the versatility of the burners, however...our knobs have recently melted. I did not anticipate that this part of the stove would be plastic! This seems counterintuitive for a heated surface. Hoping this can be resolved!

Great Cook Top

Our old house had a sucession of other cook tops. This one is so much better. Five burners that light with ease and have a great even burn pattern. Easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great, reliable, consistent cooktop

Cafe has always been reliable. The burners work great, the different size burners are convenient, for a cooktop it is heavy duty, and the gas lock button is a great safety feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features!

We just remodeled our kitchen and put in a cook top and wall oven. The cook top is fantastic, easy to clean, and works great. We love that you can lock the gas supply so burners do not accidentally get lit!
