Love the griddle!

This cooktop has a really big griddle and heats much quicker than my old GE cooktop. I use propane. i wanted at least a 36" cooktop. price was much better than other prestigious brands and the cooktop is georgeous. Center burner heats big pots of water very quickly. burner grates hold small pans without tipping them over. total of 5 burners but i keep the griddle on 2 of them because it works so well. only thing i would change is the control knobs on the top. they are good and i like them but they do get more splatter on them than the knobs on the front of the cooktop.

I like the burners but do not like the location of the controls, my mistake for not thinking that thru. Stainless cook tops SUCK to clean but the burners help a little. The griddle is only good for pancakes or similar. Horrible for bacon or any other meat cooking, splatter everywhere and hard to clean. I will only use it rarely. I burners work good and heat evenly and the center burner works great. Just hate the control locations for my use.

Great design of a gas cooktop

Good complement of burners on a roomy cooktop. Burner knobs are high quality and love the lighted control feature. Burner grates do have a rough surface, and moving pans around the cooking surface is "rough". Also, not a fan of the rough surface of the cast iron griddle... it is a nice accessory to have included with the cooktop.

This cooktop looks and works great. The simmer option is a true simmer. My wife cooks her Spanish rice on here perfect every time without burning it. The gas shut off is a great safety option to keep little ones from playing with the stove. The light up knobs help us to see which burner is lit. The grates are thick and washable. This stove top is a major upgrade from the one our builder put in our house. I highly recommend it.

Cafe Cooktop

My first time ever owning a gas cooktop has been successful so far. I love how this cooks. It's pretty easy clean up too! My favorite thing about this cooktop vs others is the gas lock button. With little children around it gives you a sense of security to have it locked so no little hands accidently turns a burner on. I've received more great comments about that feature.

We have the stainless cooktop with copper/champagne knobs and it is beautiful. The cooktop works very well. It is easy to turn the gas lock on and off for safety. The burners all light quickly and are easily adjustable. It is clear which knob goes to which burner and there is a light indicator letting you know a burner is on. We love everything about this cooktop.
