Terrible item for the price

Control knobs are cheep do not work well very bad quality. This oven is extremely bad quality for the price that was paid. Sorry I decided on this brand

French Doors

I cook a LOT. I am short with short arms. This model was heaven sent. I almost didn't care how it performed because it answered a logistical problem for me. But, nice surprise, it isn't just another pretty face. This oven works! I have tried all of the functions but cleaning, and I am really happy with the product. The temperature is spot on and the heat distribution is very even. Saving that fifth star for the cleaning function.

Great looks, great functions

I would probably rate closer to 4.5 stars - It's too early to tell on longevity and long-term quality (we've only had it a month), but so far we are loving this oven. The dual doors allow the hot air/steam to escape up before you have the doors fully open, saving you from that "face blast" of hot air from a regular drop-door oven. For smaller people, the accessibility is much nicer as well by not having to reach over the open door to get to the interior of the oven, and the easy-glide out shelves are great. Temperature holds well, is accurate, and works similar to the last oven we had (a 15-year old GE convection unit). The timers and reminders are more "cheery" sounding compared to the old-school BEEP from our old oven, which is taking a little to get used to but are nice. I think the WiFi connectivity and app are really unnecessary additions that add cost and no real function. I'm not going to use the app to pre-heat my oven from work (it has to be on the right knob setting before I can do that, which I have to be standing in front of the oven to actually switch), and I really don't need notifications while I'm at work that the oven is preheated or the timer is complete. So I'd rather see the physical features without having yet another "connected" appliance in the future.

Beautiful and soooo much easier to work with than a regular drop down oven door. Really completes the gourmet kitchen and so many shelves and features to take advantage of. We've always been just "regular" oven people but are now loving the efficiency afforded by the convection features...you can cook on multiple shelves without losing heat transfer shielded by adjacent pans.

Great Features & Appearance

I purchased this appliance primarily for the features it has. This is a replacement for an older style electric wall oven. I upgraded to Convection for less energy use. I am excited about all of the features..so many choices for baking, roasting and cooking. But, an added bonus was the appearance. I love the cafe look and the double doors that open. This allows so much more space in front. No big door to open. I really glad I found this. I would definately recommend, not only this product but, the full line of Cafe appliances. They are built very well and in my opinion, up to the latest standards.

Purchased this oven to replace a high end Viking that could not be repaired because the part is no longer manufactured. This oven is so much better. Looks great in my kitchen as well as it bakes! Love it!

Great oven

I bought this oven a little over a month ago, and I am extremely pleased with it. It is heavy duty and I expect it to be the last oven I ever need to buy. I do a lot of baking and this oven has given me consistently perfect results. I have baked baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolate, crackers, and banana bread to name a few items. I love the fact that it has dials to set the temperature and cooking mode. I have not used the full self clean feature, but I have used the steam clean. Steam clean does not have the power to thoroughly clean, but it does help to clean up spills so it is a nice feature. The cafe doors make it easier to put pans of food into the oven. The only downside of the cafe door is that you can't hang a dishtowel on the door. I would highly recommend this oven.

Easy to operate & clean!

We bought this oven a few months ago & it is great to use with easy, smooth pull out shelves that are easy to remove & reinsert. The oven cleans up easy with minor spills. Have not needed to use the Self Cleaning feature yet. The French doors make it easy to check what is cooking & remove items when finished.
