Broke down after 2 weeks

Product doesn't perform the main function after 2 weeks. It cannot ventilate air from the stove to outside because it broke down after 2weeks of minimal use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

World Class Appliances!

We love our gas oven with the 6 burner stove top, and head and shoulders over the electric stove top that came with the home. The exhaust hood has sleek lines and a contemporary design with commercial features. We don’t know how we lived without our new built-in microwave. Very functional!

Beautiful, Modern Hood but Dim feature fails!!!

I want to give this hood a five star rating because it truly is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. It’s got all the high tech bells and whistles (touch display, WiFi connection to your phone, sleek design) and the fan is surprisingly quiet. HOWEVER my husband, contractors, and I have all tried to fix a strange strobing light issue since we got it installed about a month ago. The hood’s LED lights are perfectly bright, but there’s supposed to be a dimming option too...might as well call it a strobe light or flashing option. How the heck do we fix this?!!

Poor instructions for the non-vented option

Four experienced men and a contractor could not figure out how to insert the charcoal filters into the fan unit. We called the place of purchase, GE Appliances, and you tube without success. We finally just left the charcoal filters out (along with the extra one that I had purchased). You need to revisit your instructions. Nobody could sort out where the filters went. We will run it with just the grease filters and use it for the light. Very expensive light.
