Problems after 2 months

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing this product. At first I was very excited about this product, it looks beautiful and seemed to be working just fine. Then one day, the lights flicker on the low setting, like a seizure waiting to happen. The brighter setting works like normal. There are several other reviews that state the same problem! We are waiting for a technician to address this. Absolutely disappointing to have something malfunction so often for such a high price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powerful and quiet

Haven't actually cooked with it but seems very powerful and not nearly as loud as the worthless over the range microwave vents.

Quiet, modern, and works great!

We love our new hood! The app is easy to use, the fan is quiet, barely louder than the gas stove below it. We love that we can control the light from our phones and have just been really happy with this hood in general.

I love everyone about my range hood. The one thing I was disappointed in was the remote. It stopped working a few weeks after I received the range hood.

Install went well. Looks great, seems to work well. Unfortunately the light flickers on low, there seems to be some electrical interference or something. Don’t know how to fix?
