Safety matters!

I’ve had my Cafe double oven with French doors for three weeks now and LOVE IT! I cook for a crowd of 35-40 every week and decided to get it for safety reasons as I had trouble reaching over the open door without burning myself. I love the Smart feature, the convection, everything!

Problem with meat probe

I love my double oven. I do, however, have an issue with roasting a turkey. I use the meat probe and special meat settings. Last Christmas and today, Thanksgiving, the meat probe tells me the turkey has reached it’s “done” temperature, but when carving the turkey, the dark meat is NEVER done, and the juices are pink! I know I’m placing the probe in the correct spot. The temperature says done at 170 degrees. Dark meat should actually be 180. Very disappointing.

I LOVE these ovens. I love all the different cooking options. They have a beautiful high end look and are worth every penny. The wifi feature is so cool. Have already received one update for grilling vegetables.
