Cafe Double Oven

I had been without an oven for 7 months after Hurricane Ian. I ordered the Cafe' line from GE and the oven was on backorder until April. I am so happy that I waited for it to be available rather than settling for something different. It is AMAZING! Not only a beautiful design but so convenient and functional. It does EVERYTHING!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Far So Good

So far, this oven has far exceeded our expectations. It does cook food a lot quicker than other ovens so there’s a learning curve but overall, we love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working

F97 error
The oven stopped working after a few use. The oven keeps giving F97 Error and will stop after a few minutes. Not worth the price.

We understand the frustration this causes, and we recommend resetting your wall oven by disconnecting power at the circuit breaker from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician. Love oven, EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

So far, the oven is great. However, it did not come with probes that are supposed to be included. I have had to jump through hoops, have called 4 times so far, to try to get the probes sent to me, and STILL no luck. I shouldn't have to buy them.
