Nice but runs hot!

I bought this appliance package for this oven. I paid a lot of money for this upgrade when our builder had already selected higher end appliances. I was so excited to get this oven and it works great. It does run a little hot though. I start checking food earlier than usual so that it doesn’t burn. It also cooks a little unevenly. This is the only appliance in the whole package that I’m satisfied with. I wanted everything to match but will likely replace the other items in the near future.

I live my double oven. Top oven has French Doors! I am short so no more burning my arms. Easy to use. Cooks great!

Amazing! Best Buy ever!

We had this oven installed right before Thanksgiving. We used the cooking probe for the turkey and it turned out flawless. We love the Amazon echo integration feature, we can sit out on our patio and preheat the oven just using Alexa. Love the pull out shelving, and the double doors on the upper oven make it so easy to get things in and out of. We have the GE monogram oven, it had been installed 15 years ago, it worked fine we just felt like we needed something a little more current and with more features, we could not be any happier with the decision to purchase this one! Love our new Cafe!

Great features

This oven is awesome. The features are great. The easy to read display explains everything. The meat probe lets you set the internal temperature and then shuts off when it reaches that temperature. You can hook it up to your internet and with the easy to use app you can put your dinner in the oven and continue to do other things when the timer goes off it will alert your device. Can’t find one negative thing to say about this oven.

Simply Heaven!

We had to wait over five months for this oven, but it was worth every day of it. I use the air-fry a lot and it makes fries, onion rings and anything breaded taste just like you got it fresh from a drive-thru. The roasting selection does a great job as well. I was able to preheat while watching a movie on the couch the other night, which was really cool.
The only negative, that I almost took a star off for, is the app that you *have* to download to use the air-fry and other special features. I couldn't even get it to download on my phone. My husband was able to on his, so I just use his login. They wrote to me and said they're "aware of the problem" and apologized, but that's a big ugly mark on what is otherwise an excellent oven. You shouldn't have to download an app to use a feature on an oven at this price; or any oven, for that matter. They really need to fix that issue, and quickly. I tried looking for a manual setting, but nothing worked.
Overall though, it's a fantastic unit so far. Looks beautiful and cooks/bakes beautifully. I'm hoping it lasts for a long time. We remodeled and took out a 50-year old double oven (and it still worked!).
