Looks great - don’t let that fool you!

I love the look of this oven but I am disappointed in the quality especially since I have a lot of money for this oven. After only owning it for a couple of months and not using it very often, I decided to use the cleaning feature. The oven locked up and wouldn’t clean. It came up with a error code that couldn’t be identified. I repeatedly had to shut the breaker off to reset the oven. It created a mess in the bottom of the French door oven. Repairman has told me there is a problem with the lock a s he has ordered the part. It has been 1 1/2 months and I still don’t have the part. I cannot use the oven because it creates an odor. Very disappointed in GE Cafe as my new refrigerator bought at the same time defaulted as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can’t say anything bad about this unit. Everything works as advertised and setup was easy. The screen wallpaper is pleasing. Would be great to one add our own pictures.

I have used this double oven several times since installing it. Love the ability to start preheat and control it from my phone. Love the air fry ability. The French doors are so handy!
