Due to the Covid situation we had a hard time finding this Cafe double oven. Glad we found one. We love all of the features from the Air fry to broiling to warming options. Love the French doors and roomy oven.

Expected better finish from a product at this price:
1. One of the racks scratched the oven to get in
2. one of the french doors isn't aligned
Will update based on results of the service call
(did not even get to use the oven yet)

We are very sorry to hear that your finish was scratched when installing one of your oven racks and that your French doors are not properly aligning. We can imagine that this would be very disappointing for you and sincerely apologize that you are now unable to enjoy your new oven while you wait for service support.
