Screen is horrible

Nice oven. Works well and is well designed. Would like it more if there was a way to set a max temperature while broiling rather than just hi/lo. Would have given it 5 starts except that it took getting the oven completely replaced three times with the old ones being returned. The first two ovens had shelves would not fit into the oven without scraping the paint off the insides of of the oven cavity. Every time you moved the racks, you had to wipe paint shaving off the bottom of the oven and could see bare metal on the oven walls where the shelves had scrapped. This is a known issue with a service bulletin having been issued by GE. GE sent some "new" narrower racks that were supposed to solve the problem but they were no better. The third and final oven is actually wider inside by about 1/8" so the issue for us was the oven, not the racks. GE was pretty good about working with us and wholesale replacing the oven but indicated that the third time was the limit. Luckily it worked. We had purchased other matching kitchen appliances and were concerned that a third party oven was not going to match the other GE Cafe appliances. If the third oven had the same rack fit issue, GE indicated that returning the other kitchen appliances was not an option as there was nothing wrong with them.

Having Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this oven twice so far & it doesn’t shut off after clicking cancel to end cooking. I have to shut off breaker to reset it. Am I doing something wrong? What’s the issue? Does anyone else have this problem?

Extremely disappointed

For the 2nd Christmas season in a row, the only two that we have had with this expensive double french door oven, and the touch screen is going out AGAIN! I wouldn't recommend this series to anyone, even if you have it to me for free

Oven lining is fragile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven lining is easily scratched. The oven racks do not slide smoothly, scratching the oven lining. Sold as a premium line of appliances, but they just don’t seem to deliver on that promise.
