We like the knobs better than the touch surface.

There comes a time when you just need to replace your old appliance. We cooked for years with electric coils and were wary of the smooth top and replacing our pans. However the transition has been easy and most of our pans worked. It was a great opportunity to buy new cookware to replace our 56 year old Farberward.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks nice, not working properly yet

I had to call for a GE appliance technician to come out to figure out why this stove top isn't boiling water.

Basic, but does the job!

We have no complaints about this cooktop. The knobs are more convenient and reliable than touch controls, and the cooking time is just fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Eh at best

It is impossible to clean. No matter what cleanser or nylon device you use, getting this thing clean is harder than a half hour in the gym. The notations on the cooktop are also somewhat confusing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
