Great features but not flexible with pan size.

I like the control feature of turning on/off the burners and adjusting the temperature but smaller pots and pans will not work on the larger burners. Some other manufactures do not have this limitation. If I have any problems with this one I will look for another cooktop without these restrictions.

Do Not Buy!

Out of the box, the largest burner does not stay lit for long before the whole appliance shuts down. The same thing happens when any combination of two burners are lit. So on this 4 burner stove, only one small burner can be used at a time. After a new circuit board was installed, the problem persists.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WARNING COOKTOP STOPS WORKING

I see a lot of positive reviews from people that have had this cooktop for a few months. I was happy with mine as well for the first 16 months. Then the two right hand cooking elements started clicking. I called repair and they replaced the entire insides (circuit board). It appeared to be working. However, a few days later I discovered that when I use the large element it shuts down (just turns off) and if the other right hand element is in use it shuts it off as well. Then if I try to turn them on again they run for a max of 2 minutes and both shut off again. I am now scheduling another service call and looking for a new cooktop not this product that will fit the dimensions
I highly recommend to not buy this product.

Very efficient

Nice to have no knobs and very easy to operate. Very fast at heating with precise control; no more boilovers are likely! I previously had a GE Profile electric cooktop and was thinking of converting to gas. I'm glad that I made the best decision.

I replaced my 30 year old induction cooktop with this model. It is half as high, half as deep and now I can put a drawer under it to add space. The Cafe controls are impressive, you can view them at an angle across the kitchen, they are intuitive like old style dial controls. The power is twice what my old top had, so its fast and efficient. Very well designed, and glad its made here!

Beautiful and sleek

Perfect match with our Dekton countertops that have a gray marbling. Sleek surface and electronic touch controls are so intuitive and easy to use. Love the griddle feature and the lockout function for cleaning. Induction is the way to go and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

After considerable research, I purchased the cafe cooktop and am quite satisfied with its cooking performance. I have found that the burners do retain heat after having a heated pan on the burner and still require a pan on top of the burner to avoid being accidently burned, however, the overall performance is excellent!

Defective out of the box

I bought this product about 10 days ago. It won't even boil a pan of water without shutting itself off! A repair man came today to look at it, but has to order a part and come back to fix it. So now...2 whole missed work days to fix a brand new very expensive cooktop. They refuse to schedule repairs for weekends or evenings. Not happy at all. I can't say how well it works because I can't use it yet!!! Beware of purchasing, obviously there are some defective cooktops being sold.
