Easy to clean up spills. Loved the double burner to use grill. It worked wonderfully. Nice to have 5 burners.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love cooking on my new Cafe cooktop. The powerboil is also a great feature and makes heating those large pots of water a breeze!

Worked well except the corner cracked and cannot be fixed without being replaced. After heating and cooling some stains remain.

Love Its Features

I have been using the Cafe electric cooktop for @ 3 weeks & absolutely love it. I particularly like the ability to sync 2 of the burners in order to use the griddle that came with it.

We Love General Electric

We replaced a 25 year old GE unit: GE brand is well established and the Cafe is an awesome looking unit on our counter, it came with a bonus pan to use for dual burner. Going to buy new pot set today.

Problems with controls and cleaning

The labels for the control are difficult to see and read. The cleaning requirements are far too fussy - it shouldn’t be that hard to clean something you use every day. Special cleaners should not be needed.
I do not recommend this cooktop.
