Very thin front panel, came with multiple dents in

Unfortunately, as we followed the instructions we kept the packing material on the front of the panel while we installed it, to my recollection we did not push on the front panel to position it, so when we took the packing materials off and noticed dents in the front of it as the light hit it the right way we were a bit disappointed obviously, but felt that since we had already installed it, we were probably screwed. The unit itself is very nice though, if it weren't for the dents I would say it was a great machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Quiet!

Delivery and installation was done by a HD licensed professional. The appearance and features of the dishwasher are beautiful. Simple on the front and all the buttons can be hidden on the top panel. Although it is difficult to see the dishwasher status, while running, because the counter top covers the display. We did one service call with Cafe. I was able to get a technician to visit the same day. We had a slight leak, during the dry cycle or after a light wash. He explained that it was likely the condensation building up in the door. Something was preventing the air from cycling through the appliance so he checked a few things. After pulling off the kick plate cover, he noticed the insulation to dampen the motor, was blocking the air vents. After removing the extra insulation, he put the kick plate back on and tested. We ran a full cycle and the small leak was resolved. The plumber accidentally covered the vents during installation. Support from Cafe was amazing and the visit cost us nothing.
The features and racks of the dishwasher are also amazing. They third level is for silverware. Use this for light washing or mostly clean forks and spoons. If you have anything stuck on, use the bottom drawer to clean. The second rack also has a bottle cleaner that is wonderful for sports bottles and baby bottles.
The dishwasher is amazingly quiet. We frequently run cleaning cycles just after dinner while we watch TV. Our living room is next to the dining room and kitchen, open style concept, and we don't have any interference or extra noise coming from the dishwasher.

I can not believe how quiet this appliance is. I had to keep going in the kitchen to make sure it was running! My old unit I could hear (and feel) from upstairs so I knew it was running! looks very nice as well.

We like the style and appearance very much, however we were disappointed that a few features that our previous (much less expensive) unit had are missing from this unit: 1) there is no time remaining count down to inform you how much time remains for completion; 2) there is no way to determine which cycle has been completed or which cycle is currently running.
Although our previous unit still performed great, we replaced it to match our other Cafe' appliances.
