Hello,
At first I was a bit skeptical on buying a monitor with a TN display because the colors most of the times didn't pop as much as on the IPS display or didn't have the best viewing angles, but after receiving it and using it, it looks magnificient. The quantom dot display is a pretty big improvement. Having the 1ms response time along with the Freesync for gaming is really nice. It doesn't go higher than 60Hz but the 4K helps you see more detail and for me it looks really good while I am playing PUBG and APEX. The monitor is a perfect mix for content creators and gamers. Ofcourse if you want it specifically for gaming, you are better off with a higher refresh rate monitor.
The only issue I encounter with the monitor is the stand. Very wobbly, but that can easily be fixed with a vesa mount.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Its been a year almost to the day... and then it has decided to quit on me. I have my type c mac plugged into the monitor via display port then i decided to add in an amazon stick to it. The screen decided to only display on half the screen. Not sure how supported the ports are when multiple are connected. The switching between them is very manual. This can be resolved with an app or driver that will let you switch between the modes (i.e. PIP). The stand is so weak and it shakes if you move the table. The removal of the stand leaves a small protruting nub in the back not very clean looking. It will not raise or move very well. The Image quality is good but still, fo rthe price I would thing that when I stand the colors would not change/shift or become dim. The one button is super lame in my opnion and there are very limited setting for a monitor that for gaming. I do like the different ports they are nice but since I have a type C connection I had to buy a seperate connection. The power adaper is uneccessary... why do you not have the power with one cable and not with a weird power plug that does not fit very welll on the powerstrip. I feel at this price they should incorporate the design of the power transfomer into the monitor. Its very light and feels like you can add more. The setup is nice and neat but over all... I may not purchase one again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was skeptical if my PS4 Pro would be able to get 4K options and to my surprise it did. Had to figure out that on HDMI Port was 4K at 60 Hz and the other one was 4K at 30 Hz. The monitor has great detail with every game I've played like Destiny 2 Beta, Mass Affect: Andromeda, Watch Dogs 2. Love the monitor and would recommend to all my friends

Cons: shipping box was the monitor box

This is the 2017 Samsung 28" Monitor. Recently I built a windows 10 Machine and then went on a search for a monitor that performs as good as it looks. I was really impressed by the specs of this monitor so I placed my order. Samsung has always been good to me. The deciding factor for me was the multi-tasking abilities of this monitor. With the PIP feature I Can watch movies, etc, while I'm working.

colors and brightness on this monitor are superior. Especially, the Black levels with almost no light bleed what so ever and a lot better than most 4K monitors out there on the market. Viewing angles are great. V stand is a little wobbly but barely noticeable when playing games or just typing. But of course, the 4K looks amazing.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: v stand should be improved

The power cable is not even holding in , leave alone be able to see the video . this is the day 0 experience they want to give. The shape of the rear socket says a lot that they haven't worked in this product's delivery. Single pin power cord that too vertical insertion,seriously Samsung ???
