Windows 10 does not recognise as audio

A friend told me about these little bluetooth system so I purchased for my Windows 10 PC so I can connect using Skype to make it easier for me to work.
Windows pairs and connects okay, but it refuses to play or recognises that it's a sound device! No matter what I've tried, be it updating the sound drivers, un-pairing, resting etc.
I've finally giving up after wasting nearly an hour trying to get these to work. Please for future products clearly state if your devices are compatible with Windows 10.
You've wasted my time and money as the shop refuses to return the product (for hygiene reasons).
People do not buy these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Writing this a day after getting it** so far so great! Can be used for binaurl audio which was one thing i was worried about as not all headphones have rhis ability. Looks a chunky and i will probably lose them, but i love them! Worth the price (isnt a bad thing) it really is love. I was running late (i dont use this for exercise yikes) and they stayed in!! Great sound quality! A1 so far lads...

Awesome quality and Great Sound - for only $20?!? They could be up to twice as much and still be worth it. I love listening to music on my ear buds as they have a noticeably better sound, but thie Live Loose are more comfortable for long listening and play audiobooks with total clarity. I love that the power pack lasts twice as long as my ear buds, and if one of the sides fall out of an ear they won’t hit the ground. They have all the features for cell phone calls too. I’m extremely happy with them, thanks JAM!

Forgotten in my pocket when i went to swim for 20 minutes.
Before i put it on again, left it in rice for evening... And it worked perfectly..
Lucky or just a great product.... Thumbs up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy that I got the opportunity to receive this item I have been trying to try out wireless headphones for a while now and these wireless headphones are really good quality I have no problem connecting them to bluetooth and the sound of my music through these headphones are crystal clear I love how there are no wires it makes it easier for me to do my workouts at the gym or run outside without getting the wires caught up this product also fit perfectly in my ears I usually have a hard time finding headphones that don't fall out and these are perfect I'm so glad I found a pair of headphones that wont fall out of my ear I would definitely be recommending this product to my friends and family
