The cable snapped from left side before the microphone are, will I be able to fix it? I tried to reconnect but no sound coming to left earphone

Just bought these and turned them on, didn't show up on my available Bluetooth devices. Turned them off then on again then they just froze. Showing blue light but nothing happening. Can't even turn them off or reset with the two volume buttons.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

6 hours of battery, almost a year of life span. These are everything I neeed from a wireless headphone.
