This is not what I expect from Cuisinart. It is entirely of plastic except a small metal blade attached to a plastic piece which revolves. I don’t expect it to last long. (The label is metal!). Made in China. It does seem to work but the snow is not like that on snowballs. It is big and takes a lot of room on my counter. I should have purchased one of the cheaper smaller ones. The red is nice.

Best snowcone machine I've ever had! I LOVE snowcones. I've had four snowcone machines, upgrading each time. My children bought me this for Christmas and it is awesome! The others I had could only make one snowcone at a time. With this one, you can shave so much ice, you can make at least four at a time. So excited to use this!

good for snow cone making , issues are ice sometimes pops out onto floor while pushing ice down shoot and when tray fills crushed ice piles in middle and slides out onto tray holder

So easy to use, so easy to clean, works so well, and is so darn fun!!! I’d say we’ve used it on at least 20 different days, over the last few months or so. Sometimes for just 3 or 4 sno-cones; sometimes for 10 or 20. … This product is exactly what we were hoping it would be! Thank you, Cuisinart!
