Hello and thank you for your review of this Hotpoint range. we apologize that it takes a bit longer to heat a pan up. Some of this may be due to the pan size, what is being heated and the type of cookware being used. Alsop this model has Sensi-temp burners on the surface. Great stove

I like that it takes no time to heat up compared to the last stove we had. The only thing I don't like is that it does not have a light in the oven

This stove look like my kind of range. Just simple knobs to operate. No frails. That's what I wanted. Don't do a lot of serious cooking anymore, to old. Seem like it will take me a little while to get up with the new burner technology. So far so good. Thanks

Works like a charm. Four stars because the oven vent prevents the back right burner from sitting fully seated in the cutout.
