I like everything about the stove except not being able to wipe the stove top clean with a wet towel. You have to use the special cleaner and scrub item to remove cooked food.
Bought this about a month ago when we moved in our new house. Works great, I wish the knobs weren't quite so big and clunky looking but other than that it looks good and works great!
One, there is no "oven on" indicator light like my Kenmore had. I sometimes forget to turn the oven off and without that indicator light, I'm accidentally leaving it on more often. There's a "cooktop on" indicator, but no "oven on" indicator, which baffles me a little. Either they forgot to add it or it just wasn't part of the design, but it's the first range I've ever seen without one.Secondly, the back of the oven (above the control knobs) is slanted. I'm confused as to why an oven manufacturer would do that, as it's no secret most people, including myself, like to set things on the backs of their ovens, like salt & pepper shakers, kitchen decorations, napkin holders, etc. I've had to find other places to put these things because setting them on the back of this oven, since it is angled/slanted, causes them to slide off and go down in between the back of the oven and the wall. I MAY have considered a different model, had I known it was structured that way.Lastly, the storage drawer has a very low back. That means unless sheet pans and lids are lying flat, they're going to slide out of the drawer and onto the floor underneath the oven, which has already happened to me a couple of times. As for oven and stovetop performance, really nice. I'm enjoying the even cooking in the oven and I'm still getting used to main burner (right front) as it gets HOT!Besides the few features (or lack thereof) that I spoke of, this is a nice oven and I'm happy with its performance.
