Remodeled our kitchen at our old home and was "talked into" a convection oven. Just built a new home and had a conventional oven installed and am much happier with this one.
I am well pleased with this range. I was skeptical about a glass top range, but wish I had made this purchase years ago! This range was a fantastic purchase.
I bought this a month ago and so glad I did. I waited for 2 years to get it. I have been buying 1 appliance at the time, so I could get all new appliances. I love it.
I find the dials very difficult to turn. One must push in and use whole hand to turn the dials. This is not ergonomically correct. Previous stoves I have owned required the use of a thumb and forefinger. As I get older I have some arthritis in my wrist and it makes me wonder who does the testing for your products. Persons of all ages? My problem is a very common one and a different dial would suffice for everyone. Such an easy change to make. This dial was the norm on your stoves regardless of price. I am also having a problem with the oven temperature. The buzzer rings when the set temperature has not been reached. For example it rings at 300 degrees when set for 350. Nothing was baking correctly so I bought an oven thermometer to test it and found I needed to wait at least 7 minutes after the buzzer rings before putting food in the oven. This is most inconvenient. I am sadly disappointed because I will probably never purchase another appliance so am stuck with a microwave with no sound and a stove timer which does not work correctly. A friend purchased the same stove and is not happy with it because of the oven temperature. I cook a great deal and with my health and history plan to be around another 20 years
