I have always had very good luck with Whirlpool products. This electric range works very well, and the oven heats perfect. Awesome appliance/value.

great value stainless steel oven and range

We were looking for a stainless steel oven with electric stove top and this model fit our needs perfectly. The stove top burners are a bit confusing at first, as 2 of the burners heat according to a large or small pan size and is not apparent from the controls. However food is heated quickly and uniformly. The stove top must be cleaned with special cleaner using a pad designed for this type of range. At times the results are streaky. The oven works great and there is ample space for storage of pots and pans in the bottom. We haven't needed to use the self-cleaning feature yet. In general we're happy with this purchase. We have bought Whirlpool brand for our refrigerator and washer/dryer as well because we believe they build quality appliances that last.

The burners heat up super fast and deliver accurate and even heat. I find it to be a great stove to cook on. Cleanup is a dream. You have to use different cleaning materials and chemicals than you do on a standard coil units but the conversion was easy with all the new cleaning products on the market today. My range top always looks beautiful now. The oven settings took a little getting use to but after a couple of rounds of baking etc, it's a pleasure to use. I would definitely buy it again.

Nice Looking Oven

Very pleased with my Whirlpool purchase. Pros: The oven looks very nice with the other stainless appliances I bought. I love the dual element and use the smaller one more often than I realized. It's nice to have options. The alert sounds are not loud and irritating. Cons: The bottom drawer's depth is small and doesn't extend the length of the oven. I had to find storage for some of the items that could not fit. The smooth top picks up dust and shows it until it is wiped down. My last smooth top was dark gray, not black, and didn't show dust. This is kind of a nuisance now for me.Overall, however, I am very happy with the oven.P.S. I found Endust or Pledge to be wonderful cleaner for the stainless steel smudges.

I purchased a complete set. A range, over the range microwave, refrigerator and dish washer. I am very happy with the features they have and what they can do.
