The range works well

Although the range overall works very well, I must say that I am a bit disappointed with the quality of the lower shelf unit below the oven. The shelf slides very shoddily along the supports, and if you pull the unit out past a certain point, it in fact falls off the slides and has to be rearranged back on the slides. This is disappointing and annoying. Otherwise, the range works well.

This is a flat range so pans sit on nicely and good.

When I clean the surface with the supplied cleanser, it tends to be whitish and hard to clean completely. And in my old range, I just set the temperature for oven, but in this, we have to set temperature and push start, sometimes everyone forgets to do so. Otherwise, everything is awesome.

Although there are no issues with the cooking. The glass top is very brittle (already replaced to the tune of $350.00). In addition, the black surface is very hard to keep looking clean.
