My last stove was a Whirlpool and lasted 21 years with no issues. This is a major reason I went with Whirlpool again. Of course the digital age has happened since then and I enjoy the simplicity of operation and easy to read dials. Another feature that I like is the oven vent. The old model vented to the stove top. The newer model vents to the oven handle where I hang my hand towels...so when I run my oven, I have the added benefit of getting my towels dried! The stove operates as it should, cooks, wonderfully, and who doesn't like a stove top that is super easy to clean?
I have had this stove a year and no problems at all. It isn't as hard to keep clean as thought it would be. It looks very sharp when it's all cleaned up! I have had it a year and it still looks brand new. This one doesn't have any extras, but it's a good stove. I like the burner that allows you to use it as a large burner or a small one, it's very handy. The only thing I could find wrong with it is the draw on the bottom doesn't always slide in and out easily, but my last stove was the same way.
Got this stove in my brand new condo. I like it for the most part. Nice large oven. My previous stove/oven were very, very old. I'm not used the digital oven and don't like having to "cancel"--I've forgotten a couple of times. Also find the glass stove top hard to get and keep clean. Nice looking stove and works great though.
