Wonderful new range in our new house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great new range. Although, the clock had to be modified to be set (24 hr vs 12 hr setting to get AM / PM). Not sure if there was an update for software?

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am somewhat disappointed in this product. After installation I noticed the seal around the glass top was defected. I called Whirlpool and had a service man come out . He agreed and ordered a new one.
The installer was great but we also noticed one of
the knobs was cracked inside and wouldn't work..cheap plastic. He ordered another. Ontop of all this one element only worked on high and he said the switch needed to be replaced and he ordered one.
Three issues and only 6 weeks old!

NO BURNT EDGES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled to have an oven that not only bakes perfectly but is smart and has an inside light that works with built in convection and a clear viewing window. So far so good.
My only con is that the bottom drawer is very shallow and chintzy and the black cooktops show dust and dirt and smudges so easily. I was used to an all white range before which always looked clean.

Whirlpool appliances which were still performing well. Therefore when I decided to replace them I chose Whirlpool. Much has changed over the years, the appliances are working well although I have only had them a few months. My only disappointment is the fact that complete operating manuals were not provided. Also I have already replaced a burner knob due to the plastic component breaking.
