Not senior friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really disappointed with the finish of the range, the first time we used it with a frying pan it left a permanent large mark n it that has never come out using the special stove top cleaners. The dials are not senior friendly difficult to read need to be careful on single double or triple burners you don.t know what level f temp you are on because there is no indication markers, it’s a guessing game . He heats up well and fast, the oven I am still getting use to using the recommended level for multi level baking I have burnt 1/2 a batch of cookies. I guess that will take time to get use to the oven. But it’s the stove top, that is marked up with one time use. I had a glass top fridgidare for over 15 years and no problem with it. Is there anything that can be done about the top. Also it so easy to shut off the oven without knowing it when wiping the panel off with a towel. Just so many ways for errors. Not senior friendly at all
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Self Clean feature

Why is my oven only showing aqua clean feature. How do I get high temp clean? Love the oven if I can figure this out.

Appliance great / service not

Works great, don’t love the touch screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the oven and stove, it works perfectly. The only thing I don’t love is the touch screen for the oven controls and the alarm for the timer is very quiet. I’m hoping there is a setting I can change to make the timer louder so that when the tv is on for I am not in the kitchen I am able to know it is going off. Currently, the timer plays a pleasant song that isn’t very loud. Sometimes the touch screen isn’t responsive.

Love the glass top

While I love the glass top, getting use to how the burners work has had some challenging results. The oven runs cooler than my old oven, so I've needed to adjust cooking time. I'm sure as time goes on we will get use to the new range and love it even more.
