Not a very good stove

We have had this stove for about one year. We bought it because we had good luck with our previous Whirlpool appliances - not this one.
The oven does not come up the the temperature that was set. I have used 2 oven thermometers and both show that the oven temperature is 10 to 15 degrees below the set temperature. Hard to even bake muffins in it let alone a roast. We have tried the convection cooking method and do not find it much better than the conventional oven
The stovetop elements cycle on and off and will not keep the pans at a constant temperature so it is impossible to cook bacon, sear chicken or steak and it is difficult to saute with it. Even something as simple as a grilled cheese sandwich is easily burned because The easy clean oven is useless unless you want to clean it after each use,
The glass top looks great but is not easy to keep clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Attractive Range with all the needed features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this range 2-3 months ago. Lots of great features. Temps are very accurate. Stove top heats up quickly for electric and gets very hot. App works well.
Why a 4 star and not 5? Cleaning the cooktop is a bit of challenge as streaks are very visible. Also, when cleaning, it is very easy to inadvertently press the power button while the oven is still on, causing the oven and timer to turn off. If this is not noticed, there will be a surprise when the food is not done when expected. The sound for the timer, even when on high, is not loud enough to hear across the room. Good thing the app also provides this notification.

Very sleek and high tech

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this range for about a month and it has taken me a while to adapt to the very advanced technology. It is connected to Wi-Fi and I had to call my provider to separate 2.4 GH from the 5G. That took me a couple of days to figure out. Next, the stove top works beautifully but that also took me a few attempts to figure out the calibration of the temperature on the knobs. As far as the oven itself I am not sure how well it is heating. I have attempted with one quiche and one chicken pot pie and I feel that the bottom pastry does not cook no matter how long I have had it in the oven. I imagine that I will also have to figure that out and adjust. I would recommend it if someone is very savvy with technology. If you are not this product is not for you.

STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!

Worst stove I've ever had. I'm SOOOOOOOO disappointed. I've had it for 1 month and the touch screen has "died" on me 5 times already. Rebooting usually gets it back on but this time it's completely dead. It's a problem for lots of customers. Yet, Whirlpool still sells it. It's beyond me why a company would ruin it's reputation by selling such a crappy appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs Improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year ago. The range works well but the cleaning of the top of the range is difficult. You are in for trouble if something spills and you do not take care of it. The oven is quite large but the heating time is a bit long.
