I've been using it for about a year now. It still love the looks of it, but I have to say that it has some annoying flaws. The software that manages the oven is of really poor quality and it's the only way to use it. The software crashed several times, the timer has to be shut twice when it's done, I've had cases where the touch screen didn't respond, etc. As for the auto cleaning, it only works for little stains at the bottom of the oven, even after several cycles. For anything on the walls or the door, you have to get your gloves out and scrub like in the old days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
