[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a little to confusing for a 3 year old. My daughter understands most things, this does not keep her attention. I believe it will be great once she starts kindergarten and uses addition.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Think & Learn Count & Add Math Center is a good toy to help young kids practice the first steps in to adding. My 4 year old likes to push the button, slide the counters, and doodle in the square, but it doesn't seem to hold her interest for too long. Maybe it's because it doesn't light up, make noise, or play music, seems a lot of kids are in to that these days. I think it's a handy little helper when it comes to teaching math, but it just doesn't keep them focused for long. I received this product free in exchange for my own honest review.

Fun Math Toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toy for my twin girls who will be 4 years old next month. What a hit, and what an ingenious way to get kids learning their numbers and basic addition/subtraction. This really helped my children to understand that concept of numbers, adding, taking away, etc... There is something about counting and learning math with physical objects that really helps it sink in. They both enjoyed pressing the "challenge button" and treated math problems more as a game. They also liked the writing pad built into the toy. I like that the top portion also shows numbers 1-10, in number form and spelled out. There are SO many things we love about this toy, I am so glad we got it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 year old son was very excited to receive the Fisher-Price Thing & Learn Count & Add Math Center. He has been asking simple addition questions for several weeks now, and this is a great way for him to learn how to solve them on his own. He loves the moving pieces and the ability to write to correct answer. The bright colors are great. Our only complaint would be the small area where you can write your answer is difficult to erase. It takes several swipes before it is clear enough to write on again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a great fun way to learn to count and do math. My son enjoys counting the smiles. I think that was a nice touch instead of being plain. the second row is nice that the numbers are written out as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few weeks ago and by far, this is one toy I’ve been really happy about. It’s perfect if you want to teach your kids addition and word recognition. Kids will press a button and 2 numbers appear. They then have to match the corresponding numbers and words, along with the happy faces and add them up. If you want to get even more creative, you can also write your own number in and get them to think a little more. My kids love it and I am one happy mama!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great tool for young children who are learning their numbers and counting but it takes it a step farther and helps to teach them addition and gives them a place to write their numbers. My son loves pressing the button to make the numbers spin to get his random addition problem, then he uses the colorful tokens to add the numbers together to get the answer to the problem. There is a small magnetic area that is perfect for him to write the answer or to practice writing his numbers. We like that it’s simple and doesn’t have lights and sounds to distract and there are no batteries to purchase or change out. It’s a great educational toy that had my 4 year old solving addition problems within minutes of taking it out of the box.
