we have received the dinosaur today! all I can say is WOW!! my son absolutely loves it. the quality is great, sturdy and easy to put together. My son didn't show an interest in dinosaurs until today. he has carried it everywhere with him (well dragged as he's three and this is nearly the same size as him). he loves it. I would recommend to everyone.

Very happy with this toy and the sheer size of the T-rex. The box is huge so you know its going to be large but its a perfect size for a toddler because it handles well and they can play with it in true t-rex fashion and eat/stomp at all other toys. The handle on the back of the T-rex is very easy to use and i was very impressed with the way the arms move outwards as the T-rex swoops down. The authenticity of the toy is great toy which also comes with a Jurassic park keep and dinosaur trainer Owen. The play-set is simple but the T-rex on its own can be used with other toys and other scenes made from kids imaginations. Its takes 3 x AA batteries which i thought was good as its a pretty large dino and it all snapped together very easy and was fully setup and ready to play within 5 minutes.

Amazing toy for all boys that love dinosaurs

This toy was even bigger than I thought it would be when we unboxed it, packaging also great. Both my sons age 3 and 5 love this and even my 9 year old daughter plays along with them. Love the imaginext ranges but this is far my favourite so far being the boys have not stopped playing with it. They love the fact it chomps and it’s light up eyes and mouth is a added bonus to them being able to bring their imagination to life. Also great it comes with a vehicle and figure as it helps more than one child play with the toy. Very well made very robust the right size figures, a great set. We would highly recommend this!! Wow!

Sturdy and Lots of Fun!

I received this product two weeks ago and as soon as I took it out of the packaging I could tell that the build quality was excellent. It is a nice chunky size with solid pieces that click together smoothly. It only took two minutes to build and insert the batteries after which I handed it over to my chief tester, the 5 year old.
He played with the toy for 3 days straight and says he enjoys the light up eyes, cannon that shoots darts and the roar SFX. The build quality held up to his enthusiastic play style and even after two weeks of use, it still looks new.
Overall I would say that this toy is great fun. Who doesn't want to stomp around the living room as a T-Rex biting cars???

Life like and entertaining

Realistic toy with sound effects. Would probably be most enjoyed by 4-6 year old. Hard to make the dinosaur bite the car but many options for imaginative play.

My little girl never just sits and plays with toys she plays with them an 10 seconds later she is bored. With the t-rex and you can shoot the bullets she happily played for days.

Great Dinosaur

My 3 year loved this dinosaur he played with it for hours with the dog who loved it too. Not too loud or scary for animals or smaller children to be around. Great build really sturdy even when it was used to bash through the tower. I did have to remove the gun it is quite powerful may be this feature is better suited for older children.
