Poor Design

My son wanted this so bad for Christmas but within a month the mechanism that holds up the Rex's head stopped working. Now the head just hangs down all the time and won't keep in an upright position. For such an expensive toy, I would have expected better quality. This is the first Imaginext toy that I've been disappointed with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I received this product, my kids ripped open the box. It took less than 10 minutes to put everything together. I underestimated the size of it. It’s bigger than I thought! My kids are absolutely obsessed with anything Jurassic World, Dinosaurs etc. The Dinosaur has been played with every single day since we’ve received it. They love that the Dinosaur can pick up toys and that his eyes change color! I’d definitely recommend this for sure

Broken in less than a week

The handle that opens and closes the mouth is no longer working. My son played with it minimally but really enjoyed it, he is very disappointed that it is broken already it was the number 1 toy he wanted and it was rather expensive. It's a very cute fun toy, but should be able to handle the minimal play it went through.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My boys new favorite toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both of my boys are big dinosaur fans and this toy sure did not disappoint! It was easy for me to put together and the quality was better than expected on a toy of this size and once it was ready it has been non stop play! The dinosaur is huge but easy for both my 3 yr old and 9yr old to navigate and play with. This is the perfect addition to our Jurassic world toy line up and easily my kids new favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son used to be afraid of dinosaurs so I wasn’t sure how he’d like this toy. We received it as a free product to review and luckily it arrived on a day we were stuck at home because he was sick. I waited until my youngest was napping and pulled it out when it was just me and my 3 year old. His eyes immediately lit up. He was so excited! He has played with it non-stop for the last 4 days! It was super easy for me to put together and it is super durable for typical toddler behavior. He loves it have the dinosaur eat his other toys and then apologize. We’ve also had to give the dinosaur several bandaids to fix his boo boos after he was shot with the fire. So much fun!

Tons of fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this for my son, who is three years old and loves dinosaurs. He was absolutely ecstatic at how big it was ! Not only that, but the car/ person that came with it keep him and his older sister entertained for hours. The noises are great and not too loud even on the highest setting. My only complaint is it came with two little like "arrows" and a thing that shoots them out to attack the dinosaur. Cute in theory but just get lost so easily. Overall, a really cool toy that was definitely worth it.

Great for a roaring good time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sons were so excited to get this toy! We were all surprised about the size of the trex. It’s very easy to put together and put the batteries in. They had a lot of fun playing with it for a couple hours. The only thing that’s a little disappointing is how quite the dinosaurs roar is even on the max volume! Overall I would recommend this for any little boy/girl who loves Jurassic world or dinosaurs!

Amazingly designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly did not expect toy this large but I was thrilled and so were the kids. Their father was just as eager to play with it once I put it together. The assembly is SUPER easy (no tiny parts to lose when assembling and no tools required except a screw driver to add the batteries). I love the fact that the dinosaur stores within the tower and so does the jeep (makes for easy cleanup and takes up less space). I was surprised by how little noise it makes. The roar itself is not overly loud (with dogs in the house that's an extra plus). It's been weeks since receiving it and the children are STILL playing with it on a daily basis. It's holding the attention of a 3 year old and a 5 year old better than most toys. It has been dropped numerous times but no parts have popped off and it has not even ended up with scuff marks. I didn't realize this toy was so durable but am glad it is! We love this toy!!
