super speed shipping but problem with packaging

Bought this with other power rangers, the other was damaged packaging and so was this one, but even worse. Fast super speed shipping which was awesome, delivery right ot the door gentle with package, but when open the actual dvds, this one was the worse condition. Inside the prongs holding the discs were completely detached and broken off, other pieces of broken plastic floating around inside. Still checking the discs to see if they themselves are okay. even a crack right up the back of the package itself. Not sure if flimsy made packaging or some other reason for this and wonder if bought instore could this damage have been avoided? If the packages were not damaged would have given perfect score!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
