The "Cadillac" of wagons!

This really takes the place of a stroller for two children. We take this to the zoo, park, or anywhere we will be walking long distances.
It is very safe for our little one (only 8 months when we got it), yet roomy enough for our 2 1/2 year old.
I love the conversion to a bench, if needed. This is a great item for any family.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought at local Toys R us, seemed superior to similar Radio Flyer wagons. Bigger and with taller sides. Holds our three little girls quite easily. Tough to transport. Aseembly was long and one of the retainer clips was broken. [...]

Installation STINKS

Bad enough that you pay so much for the wagon, but it takes a significant amount of time to put together. Just the installation video that is provided takes 15 minutes to review. What really hurts is that parts are missing and the company doesn't work on the weekend. Disappointing...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love It

We love the wagon. Only complaint the umbrella does not stay in one place it keeps turning which becomes a hazard getting in the way of other pedestrians. Assembly was a bear!

For assembly: take your time and follow instructions very carefully. Allot ~1.5 hrs. And yes, you need that piece of wood. Wood not included. Wheels: difficult to turn with only weight of two small kids. Umbella: great feature but it annoying rotates freely. Size: Good size to comfortable fit two kids but it does seem a little bulky when trying to transport in car, even van. Price: A little pricey. Bottomline: The kids love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

front wheels wont turn....

we shopped around and compared reviews and prices, and ultimately settled on this one. We were very excited about the purchase, despite the heavy price tag. Once we got it home and started putting it together, it proved to be a bit more difficult than expected. there were problems with the wheel caps. the umbrella blows all over the place if there is a breeze, and now after taking it to the zoo just ONCE, the front wheels wont steer, and when you try, they bend almost like they are going to break. i am NOT happy with this purchase. if you are spending [$] on a wagon.. you expect better quality. go with one of the folding ones instead, they have covers and thick rubber tires...total buyers remorse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love This Wagon

We bought this for our son's first birthday. We LOVE IT! Once it was put together all of the children wanted to play with it. We all love how it goes from a wagon to a bench. We took this to the zoo and so many people loved this wagon and asked us about it. Our next adventure was our church's annual picnic. One of the wheels washer broke and the wheel started to come apart. I called customer serive and described to them what happened and they are now sending me replacement wheels and hardware.
I know that once the wheel is fixed we will continue to enjoy all this wagon has to offer.
