We love the wagon. Only complaint the umbrella does not stay in one place it keeps turning which becomes a hazard getting in the way of other pedestrians. Assembly was a bear!

Wagon gives toddler w/spica cast wheels!

A 2.5 year old with a broken femur and a spica body cast with an 18 inch bar keeping her legs spread apart, sent us looking for a wagon. Little tikes is the widest one we found (23.75 in wide). Papa assembled it in about an hour (he is good at this and patient, so I rate the assembly an 8 with 10 being the most difficult, but he might say differently.) We were thrilled when she fit and helped us stabilize her legs with pillows. We then loaded up all the "animals" and took a spin. It was the first time she giggled and seemed like herself since the accident. We were worried about this active girl being immobile for 6 weeks. Carrying her is really tough with the bar and she quickly becomes too heavy since she can't hug you with her legs. This wagon will help keep her mentally and physically active, not to mention how it helps us caregivers enjoy our outings with her! I still haven't pulled her in it, but Papa said it rolled well. I only wish we could have the option to push the wagon, like you can with some carry-on luggage bags, cause I'd prefer to have the child in front of me where I can see her rather than behind me as I walk forward, but given that she fits at all, I'm thrilled!

LOVE this wagon!

We LOVE this wagon and get so many compliments when we are out with it. This is the 1st wagon we've ever purchased and wanted one that would be comfortable and very funtional. We love the fact that it converts easily into a bench seat. We will be using it to watch the fireworks show this year! Another thing I love about the wagon is that when we are out at events, we no longer have to search for a restroom with a changing table. We can fold the seats down and change our son right on the wagon!
However, from what my husband told me, assembling the wagon was very difficult. He has already had to take the front wheels of to adjust but it still isn't turning and steering correctly. Some of the red caps broke while he was assembling the wheels. Not sure where we went wrong with the directions but hopefully he can get it corrected because it's summertime and we plan on using the wagon quite a bit! If anyone has advice about the wheels and our turning/steering issues, please share!
Another thing that is bothersome is that the umbrella doesn't stay put as mentioned by someone else. When the wind blows the umbrella will kind of spin around and get in the way.

All Fall Down

Have only had this wagon for a year. Bought it for my granddaughter because of how cute it is. Have never had adults in it. Was pulling a two year old and a five year old when the wheel broke off and they came tumbling out. The two year old cut her elbow. Glad they weren't in the street. Usually love Little Tikes products, but a little disappointed. Now I have to order parts and hope I don't have to pay for them/

Got this for my 1 1/2 year old. He loves to ride in it. I liked that it could be converted to a bench sturdy enough for me to sit on. A door would be nice as it is a little difficult for him to climb in but that probably wouldn't work with the design to convert to a bench. I would rather have the bench because when he gets bigger he won't have a problem getting in. Havn't tried the umbrella yet. It's a great feature but with one pole I am sure it will spin in the wind. Can't help but think there should be a way to have two posts. Overall it's a great wagon and I get many compliments. Would love rubber tires, but these are ok.

My little girl loves it, but man was it difficult to put together.Would have been nice to have written instructions with the pictures. One of the caps for the wheels keeps popping off though. But as long as she's happy with it, so am I.

The "Cadillac" of wagons!

This really takes the place of a stroller for two children. We take this to the zoo, park, or anywhere we will be walking long distances. It is very safe for our little one (only 8 months when we got it), yet roomy enough for our 2 1/2 year old. I love the conversion to a bench, if needed. This is a great item for any family.

Recvd wagon as a gift. Was pretty easy to put together. Excellent features. Superior customer service. I needed to order extra parts. After the store that we purchased it from said they couldn't help us I contacted Little Tikes directly and they were more than happy to help me and are actually sending these parts at no cost. Needless to say I am very happy with their customer service.
