As soon as we assembled this wagon my granddaughter was screaming she was so excited. We pulled her around the street it was very smooth and easy to pull. So many features and so many ways to use it. Whoever thought of this design deserves a "At A BOY!" and a "THANKS"

Great value for the $

MOST FOR YOUR MONEY! After reading reviews on MANY brands of 2-kid wagons, I decided that the design on all of them was poor with the front wheels not being aligned/attached to eachother. Because it seemed like this was an inevitable frustration, I opted for the Little Tikes brand as you got so much more for your money (than Radio Flyer, etc.). We are THRILLED with our wagon!!! So far we have had no problems navigating the streets, sidewalks, or off-roading on grass fields and haven't noticed the problem with the front wheels. (my husband thinks he put the wheels on backwards....maybe that helped? They look right to me though.) I really like how the entire handle flips under the wagon; makes for more compact storage. This is the only wagon (that I saw online) that offers the bench seating option and I'm so excited for this summer when we attend the parades in town! This was the right option for us; durable, easy to use, enough bells and whistles to keep us all entertained, and low cost!

Riding in style

We have only had this product for a week, however we have already put it to great use!! Walks, theme parks and even just sitting in the living room or yard... My granddaughter loves this wagon! The only thing I would like to see added is a brake so that when you stop so does the wagon :) Thanks, love it!

I read all the reviews I could find before I decided to buy. Most of the problems centered around three things, difficult assembly, poor front wheel design, and a spinning umbrella.
I didn't find the assembly that hard. It took me about an hour and a half with interruptions from my three year old who wanted to "help". It would help to have the parts separated in bags so that bag A has all the wheel parts, bag B has the handle parts etc... I still figured it out.
I still managed to get the front wheels on backwards even with paying close attention. The "posts" that the wheels mount on are marked "L" & "R" on the longer portion. Make sure you install them based on the riders perspective, not the pullers! The posts should angle slightly back toward the body, not forward!
If you do make a mistake, remove the plastic cap with pliers, and pry the lock nut up with a flathead screwdriver (turn the wheel for 360 access). The cap and nut will be ruined, just call them for free replacements.
As far as the umbrella goes, We haven't had an issue. As the mount wears, it will loosen I'm sure. When that happens I will drill a small hole through the outside panel to a corresponding one (or 4) on the umbrella post and insert a butterfly style screw/nut to hold it steady. Problem solved!
Nice upgrades would be rubber tires and a rain cover, or maybe a bug net. A cushion set would be cool! All in all we love it!

Umbrella doesn't work

We bought this for my daughter as her first birthday gift. My husband had it assembled in about an hour. Our daughter loves it! The only thing I do not like about this wagon (which is the main reason for purchasing) is that the umbrella doesn't stay in place over the seats. It turns while moving. We've tried to come up with ways to keep it still but none will work since we want to be able to use the wagon with and without the umbrella. It upsets me that we paid so much money for something not to work as intended.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great wagon, but difficult wheels

We bought the wagon for our 20 month old twins. Other reviews are accurate about difficult assembly, but overall the wagon is worth it. We used it for about 2 months so far and are also having difficulty with the front wheels bowing in and it's very hard to steer.
Tried to take it on the beach in OC, NJ, but it's more like dragging it than wheeling it. A good samaritan with more muscle took pity on the poor mom with twins and helped me get it back to the street.
If Little Tikes could find a way to correct the front wheels and the steering issues they produce, the wagon would be 5 star.

Also, after reading other complaints about the umbrella turning, we put a piece of duct tape where the umbrella meets the pole and we adjust it as necessary. It's enough to keep it in position.

AWESOME!

Love wagon! Easy to put together. Clear instructions!Had it together in under 30 minutes. Took it out to the fair and got many compliments! Very easy to handle and my 1 and 3 year olds LOVED IT! Love that it comes with a nice size cooler to put drinks for the little ones!
