Poorly made jug

The bottom of the jug started cracking after the first few uses. I believe it cracks the most every time I use the attachment with the blades at the bottom. I love the concept, but it is poor quality.

I am on my 2nd Ultra Prep pitcher. They last about 6 months. The bottom cracks and they leak. We love the ease of use but I will not purchase another pitcher. For the price of the product would expect at least a year of use.

Bearing went out after a month of Use

Used less than 10 times— Bottom Cracked & Leaking

I purchased this product a little over a year ago. I’ve barely used it, I have a smaller blender. Nevertheless, it does a great job as a blender when I have used it. I was shocked when I picked up the pitcher to pour and there is liquid on the counter. Discouraged to find a crack at the bottom base of the pitcher! It would be a little more understanding if I used it constantly, but this is absurd.

My first Ninja lasted 8 yrs no issues. This one cracks after less than a year. I can see it is a common issue. Super disappointing

Bottom cracks easily

I have used this product a handful of times and the bottom cracked so everything leaks out. Throwing it in the trash. I will not buy another. I have the Foodi and the coffee bar which I love. Surprised that Ninja has put out this poor quality product. Hope they fix this!

Loved this blender. Used it multiple times a week for food prep, cocktail prep, and milkshake prep until it finally cracked. From reading other reviews...mine lasted longer than most. Almost 2 years. Thought it was fixable, but looks like it's not. Time to find a new blender...but based on the lack of quality, not sure Ninja will be on the list.

Jug is awful!

I bought this 7/2019 and my jug is so cracked, tonight I was making pesto sauce and it leaked out of the bottom and left a huge mess of pesto on my counter! Terrible quality for the jug, otherwise we love this item, but that jug sucks!
