It does a great job but has a major flaw

I love the Ninja; however, the single serve cup leaks. Since purchasing the system in March, I've went through 3 cups. I came to the website hoping to find other Ninja cups that are compatible with the system but without the FreshVac seal on it. No luck. If the answer is here somewhere, it's not obvious.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can't find a support

I bought this product an year ago, and now it stopped working. The processor doesn't work good. The slices are bigger than usual. I send an email looking for help, but nobody answered my questions. The product is very good, but doesn't have a serious support.
About the design, the processor lid is really impossible to be clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!
