The machine stopped working

The machine seemed to turn on for a few seconds clicked a few times and shut off. It's not turning back on despite unplugging and checking faults

Didn't work properly

The blend function is ok. It purees quickly but doesn't do a good job rotating the food so it just keeps blending the bottom and lots of chunks left behind. When I tried to use the steam function it would work. Brand New, it beeps and shuts off after 30 seconds. I filled the water tank fully, everything is snapped into place, there is no reason it shouldn't work. I think it's just faulty. When you plug it in the screen lights up but then it like shuts off. Was a nice gift, sad it didn't end up working for us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely Disappointed Ruined a Special Milestone

I was genuinely excited to introduce solids to my baby for the first time, and I bought the Baby Brezza Food Maker expecting it to make that transition smooth and fun. Unfortunately, it ended up being an enormous letdown.
The unit did not steam at all right out of the box. I followed every direction in the manual carefully, and when it didn't work, I went down the rabbit hole of online troubleshooting tips — none of which are in the manual, by the way. Despite trying everything (cleaning with vinegar, checking the water tank, restarting the unit multiple times), it never steamed. That meant the food just got blended raw, completely defeating the purpose.
This wasn’t just a technical issue — it completely ruined what should have been a special and memorable day. I had prepped fresh ingredients with so much anticipation, only to end up with cold, raw mush that I couldn’t feed my baby. Total waste of time, food, and money.
Baby Brezza markets this product as a convenient, easy solution for new parents — but if it can’t even perform its most basic function, what’s the point? I'm incredibly disappointed, and I won’t be recommending this to any other parents.
