My daughter received her baby Brezza as a gift from my uncle but when we got everything out to use for the first time it will not turn on. What can we do?

Bought new, does not operate only beeps. Read the reviews, except here this is a major issue. They don’t answer the 888 number, they don’t resolve online, just say “dm us”.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m ordered ir waited 2 weeks,they didn’t even give me answer i canseled it ,it came three days later from another places

I bought the product in october, stopped working in december, I have other products from baby brezza and I love them, but this is the worst. First started giving errors saying it is not properly closed, now it stopped working all

Really Easy to use

This Food maker is amazing. It made making home made purees and so many other options so easy and simple! a Must have for parents wanting healthy options for their family.

Sad it broke

I love this product. Unfortunately my plastic cup broke down the entire side near the handle of it.

Won’t turn on

I bought the one step delux food maker and it was working great made it so easy to make my babies food. However, after only having it for a month it stopped working. It won’t turn on at all. I’ve been trying to reach out for support for over a week now and have had no luck. Their phone line is always busy and I can never get thru, I’ve also filed an online ticket and have yet to hear back. So bummed out because I really liked how easy it was to make my babies food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wouldn’t recommend

I bought this in hopes to make my own food for my baby. This is okay. It blends fruits and veggies but not all the way, have to be in it for 3 mins in order to blend okay enough to give to my baby. My break also didn’t steam well.
