Love to make my speciality coffee drinks at home!

I love the Aer Disc Container - I used it almost everyday to make my almond milk lattes - it foams up the almond milk lovely or to make a late night hot chocolate for my daughter. I also recently whipped up some great tasting aioli sauce that I found in the vitamix recipe book. I can't wait to use the Aer to try out the alcoholic beverage recipes over the summer, like mojitos!

Versatile

I purchased the Aer Disc for mixing summer drinks, but it has now become the container I use almost daily - amazing for frothing nut milks for lattes. I have discovered that it also is perfect for blending vinaigrettes; they do not separate at all. I don’t think I have even scratched the surface of its potential uses.

I could not believe how amazing this Aer Disc container is. I mainly bought it to make whip cream and found out I can do so much more then that. I know use this to make foam milk, great whipped chocolate custard and fluffy eggs. I am so happy with this product.

I’m not sure that I see many uses or the potential for this particular container yet, as a vegetarian and vegan you have to learn to create things from nothing. I hope this container shows his potential soon. So far I’ve made lemonade and the ring of the lemon keeps getting stuck under the disc. Right now I could only give it a three star, for if I gave it more than that, I would be lying. I will go out it again soon and possibly change my ratings on it.

Can't get the foam even following the recipe

Had some high hope on this Aer Disc to create milk foam for my cold brewed coffee. Tried couple times following the recipe and could not get the foam texture. Not sure if I were doing the right thing but it can't be this hard either.
