Great for Hollandaise Sauce

I bought this container to make cold foam mike they do at Starbucks, it works great for the whipping, but I feel like a lot of it gets wasted as it is nearly impossible to get it out from under the blade. Vitamix makes a special spatula to get under the blades but it doesn’t fit under the Aer Disc blade. And that is rather disappointing. I would feel a lot better about the product if I wasn’t wasting milk or cream with every use.

Best lemonade ever!

I actually bought the Aer™ Disc Container and then forgot I had it for a few months. Then I was browsing Vitamix recipes and saw its applications. My husband loves lemonade so I went out and bought a large bag of fresh lemons and started making lemonade, strawberry lemonade, peach lemonade, and raspberry lemonade. I could not keep lemons in stock! Since then I have also ventured into Mohitos and creams and am slowly expanding my repertoire. This is an amazing accessory!

It should have come with ability to have self-detect and it doesn’t whip things very good. My isi container is still the better choice for whipped cream. Even the lemonade recipe in the book wasn’t amazing.
