I thought maybe I would use this more. I have only used it once. I am not sure if it was worth the investment. I like that there are some recipes online but most use more sugar than I should have.

Makes simple syrup in minutes; great for whipped

I really do love this container. I make ginger infused simple syrup for homemade gingerly in 2 minutes. I have made several of the cocktail recipes and it's great for whipped creams and froths.

I looooooove Pancotta! And it is by far my favorite thing to use this container for. I like that I can have this silky smooth Italian desert any time I want sugar free! The cocktails and the fluff stuff this baby makes is awesome!
