I misread the discription. Have gone back to look at this the actual description. This is a drink unit. It does not work on solid food. I'm sure it's useful for its intended purpose but it is not what i was looking for

Foams with Plant Based

I was excited to confirm that I can successfully recreate some of my favorite drinks at home. The more exciting news is that I was also able to make my plant based “milk” options give me the foam that I was not able to achieve without the AER Disc Container. =)

The Aer container is marketed as a solution to easily whip and muddle. While it can perform in these areas, you must be very careful to watch the temperature. This gets very hot and can quickly heat recipes you would like to remain cold. It strongest performance is in preparing hot liquids, but the standard container performs this task. The Aer container also can run quite loud. Overall, this addition was a questionable purchase, at best.

Versatile

My husband bought this container several months ago to enhance our commercial drink machine and uses it daily to blend the ingredients for his keto coffee. I have also used it to froth milk for my flat whites and to emulsify mayonnaise when I do not have the time to do it the old fashioned way. There are so many other uses we have not tries, but so far we really enjoy it. Money well spent!

I am in love with my AER Disc Container, I honestly did not know what to think, but boy am i glad i purchased this, Everything is so fun to make, My kids love making drinks for there friends and I love experimenting with different recipes for sauces, whip cream and foams, Thanks Vitamix for the love and care you put into all your products
