Using the AER disc to make whipped cream was pretty amazing, fast, but I also didn't have to worry about the splatter that always happens when I whip in a bowl. I hope there will be more recipes coming soon, but I will experiment a bit myself.

I was sure I'd want this new addition to my Vitamix collection from the time I first received notice of it; and I was right.
I've always enjoyed hot chocolate; but, I'm not fond of all the unhealthy ingredients in commercial powders or what I would have to do in order for it to taste the way I wanted.
When I received my Aer disc container, I jumped right in to tweaking the hot chocolate recipe with the ingredients I had available, and I've already made my own signature hot chocolate :-)
I'm also fond of lattes and I've made a few of those.
I haven't had a chance to do much of anything else with it yet;but, it has its place in my kitchen and will be well loved and often used.

I bought the Aer container for the foaming feature. It’s perfect for making my favorite lattes. It makes a much better latte than the original vitamix container. I like the bonus of being able to make mayos and dressings.

I’ve had my Aer Disc for about a month and have used it for whipping cream with raspberries, making pancake batter and making hot chocolate. So far so good! I wish there were more recipes, though. It’s not exactly the weather for lemonade or mojitos. Maybe I’ll find more ways to use it as the weather warms, and I’ll keep looking for more ways to use it.
