nice but not necessary

this is a great tool if you don't have a mixer or other tools for making whipped creams etc. It works just fine- but i don't use it enough to justify the purchase. wish i could trade it in for stainless steel container

I absolutely love this container! My hollandaise comes out so so so so good, and faster than I could make it otherwise! It whips the fluffiest foam and creamiest lemon cake filling! This is a bit of a specialty tool but I can’t do without it now that I have it.

My lifelong quest to make a decent hollandaise sauce from scratch was the main motivation for this purchase, and it works like a charm! Also enjoying it to make hot frothy blended drinks like lattes and hot chocolate, and the results just as impressive as what you'd get in a coffee shop. It's an expensive accessory but well worth it!

This contained makes the best hot cocoa EVER! All you use is milk and chocolate chips, and blend on high for 5 minutes! (See the recipe in the cookbook)

Actually got this after I won $100 from Vitamix for taking a online survey. This is a fantastic product. Makes great drinks and sauces. Honestly as someone who loves to cook, this is a life changing (in the kitchen) device. Brilliant engineering!
